Sport industry interview
Here is an interview that I did for my Master’s level Sport and New Media class at Indiana University with Jacob Pomrenke, the web content editor for the Society for American Baseball Research (SABR).
SABR is a nonprofit organization based in Phoenix, Arizona, with more than 6,000 members that conducts and disseminates baseball research to its members. It also organizes four national conferences for its members each year – a national convention, the SABR analytics conference, the Jerry Malloy Negro Leagues conference and the Frederick Ivor-Campbell 19th-century baseball conference. The organization publishes its research in books, ebooks and peer-reviewed journals.
Find out more about SABR: Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Storify. I especially encourage everyone to check out their website, which is very interactive and informative.
